Rocky Mountain Race Week Day 2: The First Drive!

What happens here

During the drive, the convoy makes several stops. At one stop, fellow racer Doug reveals an issue with his transmission cooler fan not working, leading to overheating. The participant uses this downtime to check the tire pressures on their Escalade, addressing any potential paranoia about flat tires. This stop also serves as a mandatory checkpoint, where participants must photograph their vehicles to confirm they followed the designated route. The participant learns they are in Independence, KS, and confirms they have covered approximately 100 miles.

Goal: Address vehicle concerns and verify route completion at designated checkpoints.
