Automated Stacking onto Pallets

What happens here

The neatly rolled sod sections are then moved to a specialized stacking area. Here, an automated robotic arm or gripper system, part of the Brouwer 4000-248 harvester, picks up multiple rolls simultaneously. It then precisely places these rolls onto standard wooden pallets, which are pre-loaded onto a flatbed integrated at the rear of the machine. The system efficiently arranges the rolls in layers, creating stable stacks ready for transport to distribution centers or directly to job sites for residential or commercial landscaping applications.

Goal: Prepare rolled sod for efficient transport and distribution.
