What happens here
The designed 'Dr. Evil' graphic is sent to a vinyl cutter. A piece of black vinyl is loaded into the machine. The cutter precisely cuts the design into the vinyl. After cutting, the excess vinyl material around the design is carefully removed, a process known as 'weeding.' This reveals the 'Dr. Evil' silhouette, made as a test piece before the final 'BIG TIRE' version.
