What happens here
Once the bucket is locked, gently lift the entire assembly (tiltrotator and bucket) a few inches off the ground. This allows you to visually inspect the connection points to ensure there are no gaps or unsecured pins. Then, use the excavator's joystick controls to demonstrate the full range of motion of the Engcon tiltrotator. Rotate the bucket 360 degrees and tilt it in both directions (up to 45 degrees, depending on the model). This confirms that the bucket is securely attached and that all hydraulic functions for the tiltrotator are operating correctly, preparing the machine for work.
