Ride IN the WORLDS MOST POWERFUL skid steer

What happens here

The operator begins mulching a dead tree using the forestry head. He describes the chain guards on the mulcher, which help protect the cab from debris. The mulcher is equipped with carbide teeth, which are durable against various materials like wood, rock, and steel. He demonstrates a 'planer-style' tooth configuration, noting that such teeth are typically sharper. The mulcher effectively pulverizes material back into the soil, creating a seedbed while clearing unwanted vegetation. The process is shown from both inside and outside the cab.

Goal: Efficiently clear trees and brush, ensuring operator safety

we've got a dial on the front we're going to give it a moment to get up to operating speed before we tear into anything it doesn't take long now as we're working this forest rehab looking we got it bound up we've got chain guards and what those do is that helps protect the cab from the debris we've got carbide teeth on this uh forestry head you've got options with teeth when you're running a machine like this the carbide teeth resist uh rocks steel things like that a little bit better they've got also i think it's called the planer style tube configuration and uh that those are typically sharper they can also break when you hit rocks more another thing about a rotary style forestry hunt that's the core stand that rotates like a drought because it works excellent for pulverizing material back into the soil so you can actually create a seedbed at the same time that you're getting rid of nuisance trees yep yep i did say it some trees can be a nuisance i know i just heard every uh every tree hugger out there just cast right here but trust me so i'm going to be doing a combination of uh selling some of the deadwood some of the dangerous trees that are out on this site and also grinding them up so that i don't have to deal with them later [Music] another thing about forestry is never stand in front of them or behind them because the most projectiles happen forward [Music] now they've got the controls turned up high on this machine right now well obviously these are the testing engineers for asb are legitimately standing behind me while i'm doing this and this is their machine they've got dialed in and they're very very comfortable now you know what i'm gonna do we're gonna go inside and outside for this one i'm gonna hop a camera out out there uh i'm gonna turn it off i'm gonna pop a camera so you guys can just see this thing grinding up this tree out here what it looks like from the outside this is mostly a ride-along video but it's always nice just to get an outside perspective every now and then so let's do that right here [Music] all right here we rid of that thing go there i like to turn it off when i'm going in and out i just don't like to leave before we had going they're not very forgiving in my my opinion so if i know they're off i know i'm safe we'll fire back up
