Revolutionary Tool from The PaintLine: Spray Full-Size Interior Doors Standing Up in a Spray Booth!

What happens here

The project begins with an introduction to refinishing flat panel doors, which are prone to showing imperfections. The presenter outlines the initial steps, including using Bondo glazing putty to patch dings and dents, sanding with an Ekasand 3x4 sander (using 320 FilmTek or Ekastorm abrasives) and 1/2-inch Ekasand sponges to achieve a smooth surface. For areas where paint has bled through, spot priming with B-I-N primer is mentioned. Additionally, a technique for fixing stripped screw holes in the doors using toothpicks and CA glue with an accelerator is discussed.

Goal: Prepare doors for painting by patching imperfections, sanding, and addressing structural issues like stripped screw holes.
