Revolutionary Tool from The PaintLine: Spray Full-Size Interior Doors Standing Up in a Spray Booth!

What happens here

After completing all paint coats and allowing them to dry, disassemble the mobile spray booth. Remove the plastic cover, which can be disposed of. The main components of the booth, including the support bars, turntable, and base pieces, are designed to fit into a dedicated carry bag. The accessories, such as clips, screws, and Allen wrenches, are stored in a smaller accessory bag. This compact storage makes the system easy to transport and set up for future projects.

Goal: Efficiently break down and store the mobile spray booth and its components.

Tools and materials

  • Accessory Bag The PaintLine — Storing small parts like clips, screws, and wrenches
  • Carry Bag The PaintLine — Storing the main booth components
  • Crocodile Cloth — Cleaning overspray off reusable components
  • Plastic Cover The PaintLine — Disposing of after use, as it collects overspray
  • WD-40 or Sunscreen WD-40 — Coating components to prevent paint adhesion and ease cleanup
