What happens here

This DIY project demonstrates how to repair damaged four-inch trim, specifically focusing on a corner chewed by a dog and patching nail holes or other imperfections. The process involves applying a moldable wood filler to reconstruct the damaged corner, using glazing putty for smaller blemishes, and then sanding all repaired areas smooth for a flawless finish.

I'm working on some 4-inch trim right here where a dog chewed off the corner. I use JV-Weld Quickwood, molded it around the corner, it dries within an hour, and I'm using my Ekisand 3x4 Sandler to sand that corner. I also use some Bondo glazing putty to patch some nail holes and some neck and dings, and I'm sanding that also.
