Remove Loose Hook Body

What happens here

To prepare the loose towel hook for repair, use a small flathead screwdriver (or the appropriate bit from a multi-tool like a Leatherman) to loosen the tiny set screw located on the underside of the hook's decorative base. Once loosened, the entire hook assembly (the hook and its decorative base) can be lifted and detached from the wall-mounted bracket, exposing the central screw that connects the hook part to the decorative base.

Goal: Detach the wobbly hook assembly from the wall mount to access internal components.
