What happens here
Begin by applying the first coat of paint or primer to the door. Hold the spray gun at a consistent distance (typically 6-12 inches, or 15-30 cm) from the surface and maintain an even speed. Start with the edges of the door, then move to the faces. Use consistent, overlapping passes, typically overlapping each pass by 50%, to ensure full coverage and prevent streaking. The rotating door stand allows you to easily spin the door to paint all sides without touching the wet surface. Work systematically, for example, from top to bottom or side to side on each section. The video shows the painter first covering the edges, then systematically working on the main faces of the door.
