Backfill Planter Beds with Topsoil

so we got our black dirt to fix up here and fill in behind the wall ruts in both the yard and Boulevard need to be fixed the unsuitable rocky hard-packed soil goes back into the dump trailer to be disposed replacing it with the finer pulverized black dirt all right
