What happens here

Shake the Rust-Oleum Universal Metallic All Surface Paint + Primer can thoroughly before use. Apply an even, light coat of the oil-rubbed bronze spray paint to each silver gutter bracket. The presenter notes that each bracket takes approximately one minute to spray. Aim for full coverage to ensure the silver color is completely obscured and the new color blends effectively.
