PaintLine Mobile Spray Booth With Door Spraying Stand

Idaho painter where are you at so we're at the paint line booth at awfs here in Las Vegas so we got some really cool stuff to show you some new stuff from the paint line so um a lot of you are probably familiar with the mobile spray booth it's um five-sided spray booth an eight by eight spray booth but as you can see I'm 5'6 and that thing is way up there it's now comes with a height extender so you can extend the height of your spray booth and why would you want to actually do that you can spray a full-size door interior doors Hollow core doors solid core doors you can spray them inside the mobile spray booth which is really cool so not only is that new the height extenders with a new liner they got a larger liner that that goes with the height extenders the other new product it's been like I think couple years in the making here it is you you can spray your interior doors now both edges and both sides of the door on this stand very simple and easy to use I'm going to show you how it actually works too you're going to take and set it on a sawhorse your door you're going to screw um screw two stands on the door you can see them on the bottom they're two orange stands that's what keeps the door standing up so the two stands right there so I'm going to show you how now this works so my my door gonna just slide my door off the door actually freestands on these stands now just like this and when I'm ready to paint I'm gonna get all my doors stood up they're gonna be on these stands screwed on bring the door over it's gonna set right on these two spikes it's gonna slide forward it's gonna lock into place now your door is stand stood on this stand and with my feet I can rotate this door all the way around and spray the door so you can see this thing is also adjustable this is your middle hinge this is going to screw into your middle hinge this little device all you got to do with your thumb screw adjust this it'll slide up and down to match your middle hinge it does break down to go into a canvas bag that's what that seam is right there to move this door after it was wet all you got to do is put your handle in here put your hand over your door knob goes this is going to slide outward this is going to slide to this side now I can lift up my door carry it to wherever I need and now I can just run my doors all in line it's going to take up a lot less space you're not going to have to sit there run door hangers on the top of your doors they can all freestand now in a straight line it's going to save you a lot of room so it's freestanding right here I'm just gonna grab this door I'm gonna bring it right to my stand it has these Spikes all I got to do is Center my door it just sets on the two spikes right there and then I'm gonna slide it forward it's going to lock into place right there it just sits right here this is screwed into the middle hinge with two screws and just like that my door is secured ready to spray so you can see this is screwed on the bottom so I'm just going to grab my door wherever I want to get a set you don't have to pre-drill drill any holes the bottom of the door is a soft pine wood it just sets on those two spikes I'm just gonna secure it my feet on the door so it doesn't rotate it just slides right into place and that just locks it into place it's it's locked into place here it's secured on the two spikes below the interior door spraying and drying system is awesome because coupled with the paint line Booth you can now control over spray spray interior doors with limited space the system this door sprain system comes in a canvas bag so you just walk right in with the canvas bag like most of all paint lines products looks professional looks amazing walk in with a canvas bag it sets up fast and easy now you got a system where you can spray interior doors which is never had a system like this before where you can stand in one place with one foot I can spray both edges and both sides of my interior doors and I can easily remove it take it back out into another room or ride outside of where I'm spraying and stand them up to dry the system is absolutely incredible if you need a system that's portable and uses little space it's going to be the great system for you solid core door right this is not a solid Corridor no it's actually 350. 350 pounds it's what you get when you work out isn't this a solid core door Kyle solid core door Kyle doesn't care Kyle doesn't care cow's in his own world and Kyle's old and aged and he needs hearing aids
