Painting walls FAST with the inner feed paint roller. A look at my roller set up. #paintroller

What happens here

The presenter begins by introducing his advanced painting setup designed for commercial buildings. He showcases a continuous-feed roller, which is connected to a TriTech T4 airless paint sprayer. Key components demonstrated include an inline gun for precise control, an Exit Flex 360-degree Z-swivel for superior maneuverability, and a whip hose that provides additional flexibility between the sprayer and the roller. The presenter explains that this integrated system significantly minimizes physical fatigue in the shoulder, arm, and wrist, making the painting process much easier and faster by eliminating the need for traditional roller dipping and allowing for a continuous, uninterrupted flow of paint to the 9-inch roller. He briefly demonstrates painting a wall section during this explanation.

Goal: Familiarize with the airless power roller system's components and its advantages for painting.

So I'm going to show you my setup today. I'm getting ready to roll some walls in a commercial building some use in Interfeed roller right here hooked up to my tri-tech T4 I've got an inline gun right here. I like using an inline gun. I've got an exit flex Z-swivel right here. It's a 360-degree Z-swivel attached to my whip So Z-swivel attached to the whip is going to make your gun a lot more maneuverable It's going to cause less shoulder fatigue arm fatigue wrist fatigue. It's going to make your rolling a lot easier It can be a lot faster using an inner feed roller. I'm just going to set this up I typically run it around 400 psi and it's continually feed and I can roll super fast with this setup I don't need an 18 inch because I'm continually feeding the roller the 9 inch roller I'm never dipping and rolling so that's my setup here we go. It's rolls walls
