Orbital Sanding Between Coats

What happens here

After the initial paint coat has adequately dried (implied), the user performs a light sanding of the painted door surface using an orbital sander. This sander is equipped with a vacuum attachment, which efficiently collects dust as it sands. This crucial intercoat sanding step removes any minor imperfections, dust particles, or texture from the first coat, creating a perfectly smooth base and improving adhesion for the subsequent final coats.
