What happens here

Darrell then moves to his red Kenworth K100 cabover, highlighting several custom features. He points out the polished stainless steel fuel tanks, explaining he had Lincoln Chrome build the custom breathers for the truck. He also mentions making various other stainless pieces himself. He clarifies that the truck has a 600hp Marine-spec Caterpillar engine, derived from a yacht. He also shows a custom 'Do You Mind If I Smoke?' sign on the back of the sleeper, alluding to the tendency of these older marine engines to emit smoke when the throttle is varied.
