What happens here

The demonstrator proceeds to repeatedly swing the 'Gold Blade' with significant force, striking its cutting edge against the concrete ledge. With each impact, sparks are visible, indicating the extreme stress on the blade. Despite the intense impacts, the blade's main structure appears to remain intact. The demonstrator describes this activity as a 'workout' and clarifies that while a lawnmower blade would not be swung at such speed in real-world usage, the purpose is to illustrate the strength and resilience of the blade's cutting edge.

Goal: Demonstrate the durability of the Gold Blade against concrete

  • Concrete Ledge N/A — The hard surface against which the blade is impacted
  • Gold Blade Ballard — The object being subjected to the durability test
