Can you actually put an epoxy floor down without grinding it or chemically acid etching it? Absolutely. Here's the perfect example. Can you actually fill your saw cuts, not expansion joints, your saw cuts without them failing? You can. I did it last year and my saw cuts filled with Polylex from Rustoleum. They're not cracked. They're not separated. The floor didn't come up from hot tire pickup like everybody was saying it was going to last a week to two weeks. It's still here. It hasn't failed. EP55 epoxy primer properly over a properly prepared concrete uh cleaned with uh CRUD cutter. CRUD cutter industrial cleaner. It's still here, everybody. It's lasted. It hasn't failed. So, you can do it. You don't need all those fancy little grinders. Trust me. Stay tuned. Until next year when we come back and look at my amazing epoxy floor and see that it still looks brand new and hasn't failed in the saw cuts haven't cracked.
