All right, Tony. So, I got a question for you. Do we have saw cuts or expansion joints in this garage? Let let me know. Saw cuts or expansion joints is a question we get asked a lot. Saw cuts or control joints, right? They are the same thing. They're typically placed while the concrete is wet uh in order to control the cracking. An expansion joint is usually uh placed with a thought process in mind of movement. So, maybe that looks like a coal joint. Maybe that's a structural beam uh that has needs that expansion. Maybe that's where the stem wall meets the floor. That's really more of an expansion joint. Uh we're kind of using the phrase just as a general there, but a true control joint saw cut like we have here in a garage. Those can be filled. Not an issue at all. Um concrete is a living breathing organism for 90 years. And so concrete cracks is just what it does, but likely it's already done its controlled cracking there and isn't going to happen again. So there you have it. They're saw cuts.
