NO EXPOSED CUT ENDS, get real!

What happens here

Take the L-shaped composite piece you've just created and carefully position it around a structural deck post, aligning it snugly. Ensure the top and bottom edges are flush with the adjacent decking or post cap areas. Using a DeWalt drill/driver and appropriate composite screws, secure the post sleeve to the underlying structural post. Drive screws through the composite material into the post at regular intervals, ensuring a strong and stable attachment. This completes the installation of one side of the custom post sleeve.

Goal: Secure the custom L-shaped composite piece onto the structural deck post.
