Newell Coach Air Leak Quest Continues! Finally Making "Progress"

What happens here

The video begins with the creator discussing day three of his ongoing air leak repair saga for his RV. He expresses hope that today will be more productive. He then showcases the new parts he acquired: several brass compression fittings (a 'good kind') and additional blue air line tubing, which he hopes will allow him to fix the known leak and replace a previously installed push-lock fitting on the passenger side with a more reliable compression fitting.

Goal: Prepare for the day's repairs and gather necessary components.

Tools and materials

  • Blue Air Line Tubing — Replacing damaged sections of air line if trimming is insufficient
  • Brass Compression Fittings — Replacing existing leaky fittings and improving connections
  • Pliers — Assisting with holding or manipulating parts in tight spaces
  • Wrenches — Tightening the compression fittings

possible because i got some compression fittings a good kind so i can fix the one that i know is leaking now that i didn't see last time and i can go back and do a compression fitting on the one that i did yesterday with the push lock and i will have three spares and some line in case i have to uh to like trim the old piece off and get it in there the one line is kind of pretty short from where it connects to its next connection so i'm not sure if there's enough slack in there to pull it out if it is if that's the case then i have more to replace it with uh i'm not gonna lie i'm not super
