Never Have a Dull Blade Again! | Smiths Diamond Combo Sharpener 3-Month Review on Amazon

What happens here

Take a dull pocket knife and position its blade against the coarse (yellow, 750-grit) side of the Smith's sharpener. Hold the knife at a consistent 30-degree angle relative to the sharpening surface. Apply light, even pressure and slowly draw the blade across the sharpener, pushing it away from your body. Repeat this motion several times on one side of the blade, then flip the knife and repeat on the other side. This step is for re-honing extremely dull blades and establishing an initial edge.

Goal: Re-hone the blade of a dull pocket knife to establish an initial edge.
