What happens here

This video documents the discovery of a peculiar, clear, gel-like substance found inside what appears to be a water aerator or a well water tank. The individual in the video expresses confusion about the material, describing it as a 'gel type,' 'water ball,' 'jellyfish,' or 'giant Orbie.' They note its widespread presence throughout the tank, with some pieces exhibiting algae growth, and conclude that its presence is undesirable.
