Dynamic Hanging Leg Lifts

My 5:30 am bar workout. My way starting the day. #riseandshine #idahopainter #fitnessforpainters
What happens here
Begin by approaching a sturdy pull-up bar, such as a Rogue power rack. Grip the bar with an overhand grip, with your hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Ensure your body is hanging freely from the bar. Initiate the movement by engaging your core muscles and lifting your knees towards your chest. Allow your legs to extend partially or fully as you lower them back to the starting position, maintaining control. Alternate between these bent-knee lifts and a few attempts at lifting straighter legs to engage different parts of the abdominal wall and warm up the hip flexors. Focus on controlled movement rather than using momentum.
Goal: Engage core and warm up hip flexors with dynamic movements
