Press Out U-Joint Cups (Vice Method)

What happens here

After removing the retaining clips, position the U-joint over the open jaws of the vice, ensuring that one of the U-joint cups is directly above the gap. Use a punch and hammer to drive the U-joint cross downward, pushing the cup through the vice jaws. Reposition and repeat until the U-joint cross is completely separated from the yoke.

Goal: Separate the U-joint cross from the drive shaft yokes.
