Perform Maintenance Sharpening Strokes

What happens here

If you have previously sharpened your knife with the AccuSharp tool, fewer strokes are required for maintenance. Simply apply three to five strokes with light pressure, pulling the sharpener from the heel to the tip of the blade, similar to the initial sharpening process. These quick strokes will effectively guide your blade back to its optimal 21-degree angle, keeping it consistently sharp for daily use.

Goal: For knives previously sharpened with the AccuSharp, only 3 to 5 strokes are needed to maintain the sharp 21-degree edge.
