Miter folds on this Modern Mill Acre? No problem. Now its a mantle 😎

What happens here

With the wood panels cut, it's time to assemble the enclosure box. First, apply painter's tape, specifically green frog tape, along the edges of the flat panel that will form the bottom or back of the enclosure. This helps align the side panels. Then, apply a generous bead of construction adhesive using a caulk gun along the mitered edges where the panels will meet. Carefully fold the pre-cut mitered panels together to form the box shape, pressing them firmly into the adhesive. Use a nail gun to secure the corners with fasteners, ensuring the joints are tight and stable while the adhesive cures. Repeat this process for the end caps of the enclosure, applying adhesive and then fastening them with the nail gun to close off the box structure.

Goal: Construct the hollow wooden box for the enclosure.
