What happens here

After filling the reservoir and ensuring the steamer is hot and producing steam, attach the steam plate (also known as a steam pan) to the steamer hose. Carefully press the steam plate against the wallpapered surface you intend to strip. Allow the steam to penetrate the wallpaper and adhesive for approximately 30 seconds to one minute, or until the wallpaper appears softened and may start to bubble. This action softens the adhesive, making it easier to scrape off. Ensure you are wearing safety glasses and heat-resistant gloves for protection.

Goal: Soften wallpaper adhesive using steam
