What happens here

This project demonstrates how to upgrade an existing, protruding drain cleanout to a flush-mounted, ground-level cleanout using a specialized hub reamer and a new cleanout cover. It involves cutting the old cleanout, reaming the pipe for a smooth fit, trimming any excess plastic, applying ABS cement, and installing the new cleanout adapter and cap.
