Log Task Notes, Costs, and Assignment

What happens here

Below the task description, there are fields to further document the maintenance activity. Users can 'Enter Notes' to add specific observations or details about the oil change. They can also record the 'Estimated Cost' (e.g., $50) and the 'Cost Incurred' for the service. Additionally, the task can be 'Assigned to' a specific employee (e.g., 'Grayden Alford') who will perform the work, ensuring accountability and clear workflow management.

Goal: Within the detailed task view, input relevant notes, estimated and actual costs, and assign the task to a specific employee for tracking purposes.
