What happens here

This video demonstrates the Horizon360 software's integrated maintenance logbook feature, designed to help landscaping contractors efficiently track and manage their equipment maintenance tasks, including critical items like lawnmower oil changes. The demonstration highlights how users can add their equipment, monitor maintenance schedules (identifying overdue or upcoming tasks), view detailed descriptions for each service (such as 'Change oil, clean/replace spark plug, lubricate deck-lifts'), record costs, add notes, assign tasks to employees, and mark them as complete. The software also supports tracking equipment usage hours, either manually or automatically via an H360 device, to trigger maintenance alerts. This video focuses exclusively on the software's capabilities for maintenance management and does not provide instructions on how to physically perform a lawnmower oil change.

Katie, my understanding is Horizon 360 has a number of features to help contractors streamline their business, but you actually have a maintenance log book baked into the software system. Can you explain that to me? >> Yes. So, contractors can add their pieces of equipment and then they can track their maintenance tasks and then they'll see a snapshot if they are overdue or upcoming. But you can see here this piece of equipment, this was the maintenance task. It was an oil change. It was preventative. It was due at so many hours. this was the description. They can enter notes how much it cost them so that they can keep track of this exact piece of equipment and what maintenance was. Then they can go ahead and complete it, assign it to an employee, and then make sure that it comes off of their workload list and then move down to their next upcoming maintenance schedule. >> And this is all within the new updates to the Horizon 360 program. Is that correct? >> Yes, this is all baked in. So, you can either manually track hours or you can have an H360 device added to your piece of equipment and it's going to trigger based on hour usage. >> And there is a special deal going on right now with the code dirt monkey that people can get seven months unlimited use out of the system. >> Yes, seven month free trial with the unlimited plan using the code dirt monkey. >> Thank you, Katie. Yeah. Thank you.
