What happens here

For headrests, a special technique is employed to ensure an extremely tight fit. First, use steam to stretch the leather cover over the headrest foam. Then, place the headrest into a vacuum-powered shrinking machine (or vacuum bag and pump). This machine sucks all the air out, compressing the foam insert significantly. While the foam is compressed, slide the new leather cover over it. Once the vacuum is released, the foam expands, creating a perfectly tight, wrinkle-free fit for the cover. This ensures a seamless and professional finish.
