State the Achieved Energy Savings

about maybe, yeah, 4 in from the wood stove, 5 in from the my dad's big wood stove. No heat absorption whatsoever. Painted it black, pre-warmed the water to about 104, 105° before it went in the water heater. So, my dad effectively figured out a way to preheat the water, so he saved on his electric bill. I don't know. But, it's just the way I grew up, man. One day we'll take you down there and we'll hang out with Dad, for sure.
