With the P-trap removed, carefully separate its sections. Use a gloved hand and a white cloth to pull out any accumulated hair, sludge, and debris. As the debris is removed, the small cup and one of the earrings should become visible. Use a red pipe cleaner or brush to scrape out any remaining sludge from the inside of the P-trap sections. Inspect the removed hair and debris thoroughly to ensure no other items are missed.
