Remove Unsuitable Organic Soil from Pool Pit

The original goal was to attempt to reuse some of this black organic I don't know what you would call this soil. Will you guys tell me what you'd call it down below? Where I grew up we call it loon dirt. Literally, that was the name of it. It's not suitable for anything. So, it's got to be exported out, and it can't even be incorporated into the top layer cuz it's just too unstable.
