Preparing the Sawmill for Operation

What happens here
With the sawmill set up, it's time to prepare it for cutting. Check the blade tension using the built-in gauge, aiming for approximately 2500-3000 PSI. The tension is adjusted by cranking a lever. The saw features a Lubemizer system, which uses soapy water (or windshield wiper fluid in winter) from a water tank to lubricate the blade during cuts, preventing sap buildup and extending blade life. The hydraulics for log loading, turning, and clamping are also activated via a control panel. Finally, the debarker attachment is engaged by pulling a pin and swinging it into position; this removes bark before the main blade, protecting it from dirt and grit.
Goal: Ensure the sawmill is ready for safe and efficient log processing
