Scraping Hair from the Pig

What happens here

Once the pig has been sufficiently scalded, remove it from the hot water and place it on a clean, stable surface (e.g., the tailgate of a truck). Immediately begin scraping the hair off the pig's body using the pig scrapers. Work quickly and vigorously, as the hair is easiest to remove while the pig is still warm. Continue scraping until the pig's skin is clean and free of hair.

Goal: Remove all hair from the pig's skin.
