Execute Precise "Hairline" Cuts

What happens here
With the paver securely positioned and all PPE in place, begin making the 'hairline' cuts. Start the concrete saw and allow it to reach full operating speed before engaging the blade with the paver. Carefully lower the spinning diamond blade onto the marked cut line, applying steady, consistent pressure. Guide the saw smoothly through the paver, maintaining a straight and accurate line. The video shows a dry cutting process, which generates a significant amount of fine dust. If your saw allows, using a wet cutting method with water can greatly reduce dust, minimize heat, and prolong blade life. The goal is to achieve minimal material removal, resulting in a tight, precise joint.
Goal: Cut paver blocks with extreme precision to create very small gaps.
