LBZ Duramax Thermostat Replacement (Quickest Way)

What happens here

Insert the new thermostats into the housing, ensuring their O-rings are seated correctly and any vent holes are positioned as the old ones were (typically towards the back). The presenter notes that he simply put them back the way they came out, without fully understanding the 'why' behind the vent hole orientation, trusting the manufacturer's design. Once seated, reattach the thermostat housing and secure the front and back bolts. The other two bolts are for the hose bracket and will be attached later.

Goal: Replace the thermostats and secure them in the housing

Tools and materials
