Laying by corn....Why I didn't marry that city girl

What happens here

Using a FoodSaver vacuum sealer, prepare custom-sized bags from a roll. Ensure the heating element and drip tray of the sealer are clean for optimal performance. Fill each bag with a meal-sized portion of creamed corn (e.g., enough for 4-8 servings). Place the smooth side of the bag up and the serrated side down into the sealer. Set the machine to 'moist' food setting to handle the corn's juices. Activate the vacuum and seal function. Once sealed, label each bag with the date and contents (e.g., 'Creamed Corn - First Harvest').

Goal: Preserve creamed corn for long-term storage in the freezer.
