Install Ladder Booties

What happens here

The presenter takes one of the ladder booties, which appears to be a white fabric cover with a drawstring, and slides it over one of the ladder's feet. He then pulls the drawstring to tighten and secure the booty in place, demonstrating the simple installation process. He then installs a second booty on the other ladder foot.
