What happens here

The brush mower becomes bogged down by thick, fibrous vegetation. The operator stops the machine and leans down to manually pull out the tangled plant material from beneath the mower deck. This ensures the blades are free to spin, allowing for continued efficient clearing. The cleared debris is then tossed aside.
