Kenny Wallace Explores His Former FILMAR Racing NASCAR Shop! (First Time Back in 25 Years)

What happens here

Kenny and his companions then drive to another building, which served as a satellite staging area for the Red Dog team cars after their move from Nashville in 1993-94. He emphasizes the importance of this location, recalling winning a race at Richmond in 1994 with a Red Dog car prepared there. He mentions that his brother Mike had rented this building and subleased a small section to them. This satellite shop was used to prepare cars before they were transported to the main shop or directly to the track. Kenny also shows the 'Do Not Block Door' sign, which has faded over the years to reveal colors resembling the Square D race car livery.

You're in Victory Lane at Richmond and you're like, you wouldn't believe where our car was at. It was just had a little section here. But, uh, now it appears to me that they fix up these little cars. Myself and Toucan did the work on the car and then I jumped in it and I won in 1994 at Richmond in that red dog car and that shop's over here a little bit. Where was the setup played at? Oh, it was like right here, but I don't know. Maybe that's like where the paint is brighter. Like you painted the floor, put the plate down, and it kind of saved it. It looks like it's a little bit less worn out right here. Yeah. Yeah, you're right. Yeah, there's evidence of more foot traffic up than the other areas. Parts and things up up there, our partner. But once again, it's just a you know, you you do such a good job at this. Yeah. So, here's a race shop. Now, it's a machine shop. That's what I like looking for is like the the forensic evidence of Yeah. something else. And if all we have for this one is a
