What happens here

Moving the entire operation from Huntsville, Alabama, to North Carolina was a critical strategic decision. The goal was to reduce travel time to race tracks, which were often 10-17 hours away. This allowed the team to spend more time working on the race cars in the shop and less time on the road. The increased shop time, combined with improved rest for the crew, led to better performance and more money won. This highlights the importance of optimizing logistics to maximize efficiency and maintain crew well-being, directly impacting the team's competitive edge.

Goal: Improve team performance and efficiency by reducing travel time and maximizing shop hours.
