What happens here
Before any physical construction begins, thoroughly assess the project site. This includes evaluating the existing landscape, identifying obstacles, and understanding the terrain. Based on this assessment, develop a comprehensive design plan, which often involves 3D rendering to visualize the completed structure and plan for various elements like deck levels, covered areas, and surrounding features. This planning ensures all structural components are accounted for before material acquisition and assembly.
Goal: The initial phase involves surveying the existing backyard, including the pond and surrounding landscape, to plan the layout of the new outdoor living space. This stage is crucial for visualizing the project and developing a detailed design, as indicated by the transition from the raw site to a rendered design.
