What happens here
Before starting the sanding process, ensure the wooden cabinet door is clean and free of any loose debris or previous finishes that could clog the sandpaper. Select the appropriate grit sanding disc for your task and attach it securely to the orbital sander. For cabinet doors with profiled or contoured edges, attach a flexible interface pad between the sanding disc and the sander's pad. Connect the dust collection hose to the sander's dust port to minimize airborne dust. Finally, don safety gloves to protect your hands during operation.
