I hope I get this right!! Felling and busting a big hickory tree!

What happens here

After the tree is felled, the presenter uses the Stihl MS 661 chainsaw to delimb the trunk, cutting off all branches. These limbs are left on the ground to eventually decompose and contribute to soil biomass. He then proceeds to buck the main trunk into smaller, manageable rounds that are roughly 18-24 inches in length, suitable for splitting into firewood. He demonstrates cutting through smaller diameter sections and larger sections, ensuring they are ready for the log splitter.

Goal: Prepare the felled tree by removing branches and cutting the trunk into firewood-sized rounds.
