Controlled Extraction Using Calving Chains

I had to Pull a Calf to save the Mama Cow....Farm Reality is Tough!
What happens here
Once the calf's hind legs were properly positioned, calving chains (fetal extractors) would have been securely attached to each leg. The presenter is then seen in the video actively pulling the calf from the cow's rear end. He uses an OB handle attached to the chains, applying steady, controlled downward and outward force, following the natural curve of the cow's birth canal. The pulling is synchronized with the cow's natural contractions (if present) to facilitate the passage of the calf's hips and shoulders through the birth canal without causing trauma. The visual demonstrates the significant effort and precision required to successfully deliver the calf.
Goal: Safely pull the calf from the cow's birth canal.
