I bought a JUNK Man Lift.....Will it ever work?

What happens here

This video introduces a newly acquired, heavy-duty Genie Z-45/25 man lift. The core of the project is to assess the condition of its battery system, which is currently non-functional, and to determine if the existing batteries can be revived before investing in costly replacements. The presenter showcases the lift, identifies the dead batteries, and describes an initial, unsuccessful attempt to engage the charging system.
