What happens here

Following the exterior assessment, visually inspect the interior of the house through windows and any open access points. Note any signs of occupancy, abandonment, or disarray. In this instance, a messy interior with scattered items, what appeared to be spilled food on a wall, and a broken window suggested abandonment. Additionally, an open sliding door led to a cluttered basement where lights were on and an air conditioning unit was running, further complicating the assessment of abandonment.

Goal: Determine the occupancy status and internal condition of the property.
